Corey Pray, Editor-in-Chief
Corey is a third-year law student at Antonin Scalia Law School and the Editor-in-Chief of the National Security Law Journal. Corey graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Chemistry and Political Science. He is in the Air Force educational delay law program and will begin active duty service after graduating from Scalia Law in May 2020. Currently, Corey is a law clerk with the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. He also has experience interning with the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. In his free time, Corey enjoys running, golf, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Hannah Harper, Communications Editor
Hannah is a second-year law student at Mason and is pursuing the National Security Law & Policy concentration. She graduated from Michigan State University in December of 2016 with her B.A. in Political Science. She has lived in Florida, New York, Michigan, California, and Virginia. During her 1L summer she worked as a Junior Policy Fellow for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and as a Research Assistant. During her time with NDIA she had an article published in National Defense Magazine about the Army’s new intellectual property management policy. She is the Communications Editor for National Security Law Journal and enjoys coffee and hiking in her free time.
Dilan Wickrema, Candidate Member
Dilan Wickrema is a second-year evening student at George Mason University. Dilan graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a B.A. and M.A. prior to attending law school. After completing an M.A. Dilan was appointed as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Currently, Dilan works at the U.S. Department of State.
Gage Dabin, Candidate Member
Gage is currently a 2L at George Mason and is involved with The Federalist Society, Mason Intelligence and National Security Law Association, and the Military Law Society. Gage was born in St. Louis, Missouri. As a military brat he has lived all around the country and is planning on becoming a JAG officer for the US Navy. He attended Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, Louisiana where he graduated with degrees in English – emphasizing American Literature – and Political Science with an emphasis on international relations and conflict. He is currently working at the Pentagon in the DoD’s Office of General Counsel – International Affairs division, and is interested in national security issues in the MENA region.

Ryan is a 2L currently attending George Mason’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Before attending law school, Ryan attended the University of Maryland College Park where he attained a BA with a major in communication. Ryan’s legal interests include broadly: national security, criminal, and copyright law.

Lauren Farrar, Candidate Member
Lauren is currently a 2L at George Mason University. Before law school, she graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Music Performance and Multimedia Journalism, and a minor in Political Science. Lauren attributes her interest in law, and her passion for national security, to her upbringing in an Air Force family. She is currently an extern with the Air Force Commercial Litigation Field Support Center at Joint Base Andrews, tackling issues in Air Force government contracts. In her spare time, Lauren writes music and performs live music at local restaurants.

John Wilson, Candidate Member
John Wilson is a second-year law student at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. John was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. He attended Bob Jones University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology and minored in Communications. John also played on BJU’s intercollegiate soccer team, winning a national championship his senior year. Before attending law school, John worked for the US Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center which developed biotechnology for the purpose of detecting weaponized chemical agents and protecting the US Warfighter against these threats.
During his first year of law school, John won George Mason’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition. John spent his summer clerking for Harford County Circuit Court Judge Paul W. Ishak. John is concentrating his studies on national security law and policy. This past summer, John traveled to Padua, Italy for the National Security Institute’s Summer Program taught by Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and Professor Jamil Jaffer. John is also a member of the Trial Advocacy Association at Antonin Scalia Law School. Upon graduating, John intends to work for one of the agencies in the Intelligence Community.
